About Me
I am a Perinatal Practitioner with a strong background in teaching, combined with extensive hands-on experience supporting families throughout pregnancy and the early stages of parenthood. My work focuses on guiding parents through key areas such as infant feeding and sleep, always with an emphasis on practical, evidence-based approaches that are tailored to each family’s unique needs.
As a mum of three, I bring not only professional knowledge but also personal understanding of the realities of early parenthood. I appreciate both the joy it brings and the challenges that can arise along the way. Because of this, I aim to provide calm, reassuring, and realistic support, helping families feel more confident, informed, and supported during this important stage of life.

When the 4-month sleep regression hit, our breastfed baby was waking every single hour and we were completely exhausted. Amanda guided us through an alternative approach that didn’t rely on feeding back to sleep and avoided any crying methods.
KW and Baby M
We’re now getting longer stretches of sleep and feel so much more confident. Thank you, Amanda, for giving us our nights (and sanity!) back.
